Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using ScreenAnnotator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. License Grant

ScreenAnnotator grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of ScreenAnnotator.

4. "As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ScreenAnnotator expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of ScreenAnnotator and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the App.

6. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
